Early Access TermsLast updated: June 2026These Early Access Terms (“Terms”) supplement our general Terms of Service and govern your participation in the openlance.ai early access program. By using the Service during this phase, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions below.1. Beta Product Noticeopenlance.ai is currently provided as a beta (pre-release) product. The Service, including the browser-based IDE, agent marketplace, and all integrated features, is under active development and is made available for testing, evaluation, and feedback purposes. As a beta product, the Service may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, and performance issues that could affect your experience or result in data loss. You acknowledge that you are using the Service at your own risk and that it has not reached the quality or reliability standards of a general-release product.2. Features May ChangeWe are continuously iterating on the Service based on user feedback, technical discoveries, and strategic direction. As a result, features, APIs, user interfaces, pricing models, and functionality may change significantly, be replaced, or be removed entirely at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that any particular feature available during the early access period will be present in the general release. Your projects, workflows, and integrations that depend on current functionality may be affected by future changes. We recommend not building critical production dependencies on early access features.3. No Uptime GuaranteeThe Service does not carry any uptime SLA (Service Level Agreement) during the early access period. We may take the Service offline for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes at any time without prior notice. Service interruptions may be extended or frequent. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance through available channels (e.g., the openlance.ai dashboard, email to registered users). However, we cannot guarantee that such notice will always be provided, particularly in cases of emergency maintenance or security incidents.4. Feedback LicenseWe welcome and encourage your feedback about the Service during the early access period. By submitting feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or any other input (“Feedback”) to us through any channel (including email, in-app forms, GitHub issues, or community platforms), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and incorporate your Feedback into the Service or any related products without compensation, attribution, or restriction. This license is necessary to allow us to act on your Feedback to improve the Service without legal uncertainty. If you do not wish to grant this license, please refrain from submitting Feedback during the early access period.5. Experimental Functionality DisclaimerThe Service integrates experimental AI and automation capabilities, including AI-powered code generation, agent-based task execution, architecture generation, and automated deployments. These capabilities rely on large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies that are inherently non-deterministic and may produce unexpected, incorrect, or harmful outputs.Experimental features are provided for exploration and testing only. You should not rely on experimental features for: (a) production code without thorough human review; (b) security-critical systems; (c) systems where errors could result in financial loss, injury, or legal liability; or (d) decisions with legal, medical, or ethical implications. We may collect telemetry and anonymized usage data from experimental features to improve model performance and understand usage patterns. By using experimental features, you agree to this data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.6. Data and Account HandlingDuring the early access period, we reserve the right to: (a) wipe or reset user data, projects, and configurations as part of infrastructure migrations or platform upgrades; (b) require users to re-register or re-authenticate; and (c) limit or change account functionality without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate data-impacting changes in advance. We recommend that you maintain local backups of any important project code or data you store within the Service.7. Termination of Early AccessThe early access program may conclude at any time at our sole discretion. Upon conclusion, we may: (a) transition the Service to general availability with different terms, pricing, and access conditions; (b) discontinue the Service entirely; or (c) transition to a paid-only model. Early access participants will receive advance notice of any material changes to access or pricing.8. AcknowledgmentBy using openlance.ai during the early access period, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Early Access Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Service.
