By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. Early Access Productopenlance.ai is currently provided as an early access product. The Service is in active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, and performance limitations. We provide the Service “as is” and do not guarantee its availability, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose during the early access period.Features, APIs, and user interfaces may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time during the early access phase.2. EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.3. Acceptable UseYou agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; (c) transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (d) engage in unauthorized access to systems or data; (e) generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or (g) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service except as expressly permitted by law.4. AI-Generated Output DisclaimerThe Service integrates artificial intelligence capabilities, including code generation, architectural guidance, and conversational agents. AI-generated output is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, security, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated code, suggestions, or any other output produced by the Service. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI-generated output before using it in production, deployment, or any context where errors could cause harm.AI models may produce output that appears correct but contains logical errors, security vulnerabilities, or deprecated patterns. You assume all risk associated with the use of AI-generated content.5. Intellectual PropertyThe Service, its underlying code, design, branding, and documentation are owned by openlance.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.You retain ownership of the code and content you create using the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.6. Account TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service; or (c) extended account inactivity.You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, openlance.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or costs of substitute services.Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.8. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless openlance.ai and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.9.
